The distributor can choose to customize the advertising tent in several ways:

• With all sides identical.
• With opposite sides.
• With each side featuring a completely different design.

Afterwards, the pieces move to the manufacturing area. At this stage, the operators manufacture the product using special sewing machines designed to work with these fabrics. They follow the instructions provided by the distributor regarding the arrangement of the tent roof pieces and valances, paying special attention to ensuring that the designs are manufactured exactly as requested.

Packaging the Advertising Tent

Once the advertising tent has been manufactured, we finish with product packaging. This process consists of the following steps:

1. Folding and protecting the tent: The tent roof is carefully folded and placed inside a transparent, unbranded plastic bag to prevent damage during transport.
2. Grouping components: The tent roof, frame, and accessories are grouped together, prioritizing material protection and packaging efficiency.
3. Selecting packaging materials: Cardboard boxes are selected according to the sizes and quantities included in the order.
4. Labeling and shipping: Immediately after grouping the components and selecting the packaging materials, the anonymous shipping label is added and the order is handed over to the carrier.

• Place the tent roof on the partially unfolded frame. Make sure that the corners and the peak of the roof match the frame so that the tent remains taut, paying particular attention to the hook-and-loop fasteners at the corners of the frame.
• Finish unfolding the frame and make adjustments to the roof and side valances.
• Adjust the height and add the walls purchased as accessories.
• Secure the tent using its bases.
