Digital printing for the manufacture of customised flags
We carry out printing using Mimaki printers with official and eco-friendly inks:
- Inkjet printing and sublimation.
- CMYK colours (four-colour process)
- With approximately 96% colour transfer.
This printing technology is particularly suited to applying high-quality colour.
This technique requires a type of flag fabric that guarantees superior print quality compared with conventional methods. The composition of the fabric we work with has the following characteristics:
- 100% polyester fabric of 115 g/m2 and 180 g/m2.
- Weave: 50% weft and 50% warp and three-thread mesh.
- Air permeability: > 2050 L/m2.
- Dimensional tolerance: + 5%.
- Washing shrinkage at 40 ºC: Length: -1.5% | Width: -1%.
- Anti-pollution surface treatment
Our flag manufacturing process makes the flags we produce more resistant to water, wind, sunlight and wear caused by friction. They are also washable without losing their colour, making them very easy to maintain and care for.
Manufacturing and sewing workshop
In the flag factory, once the flags have been printed, they are checked to ensure that the design has been reproduced correctly and are then sent to the manufacturing and sewing workshop. In this area, the fabric rolls are cut according to the specific characteristics of each type of flag.
After cutting, the flags are sewn using industrial machines (brands Brothers, Sewmaq, Jack and Siruba)
All of them have two needles, with a 14 mm separation and a double system.
Together with the experience of our sewing professionals, the manufacturing process is completed with the following characteristics:
- Double lockstitch with special thread.
- Double hem with a width of 10 mm.
- 7 mm symmetrical double stitching (1.5 mm from the edges).
- Stitch length: 5 mm.
Packaging and shipping
At our customised flag factory, once the flag has been manufactured, we proceed with packaging and preparing the order with the accessories selected by the distributor.
Using the strapping machine, the packaging is protected to ensure that its contents are not damaged during transport.
The order is then handed over to our transport providers, who will distribute it according to the delivery method selected through the Distributor Portal, either conventionally or via dropshipping (delivery directly to the end customer, indicating the distributor as the sender). Always under white-label conditions, without any reference to Ádivin, so that your customers do not know who they are buying the flags from.
