The Management of Ádivin Beach Flags, aware of the importance of quality in the manufacturing and commercialization of flags, fly banners, banners, tents, and advertising displays, has decided to promote a clear management policy aligned with the context and strategy of the organization, enabling it to achieve the following commitments:

✔  Increase customer satisfaction.

✔  Continuous improvement in product quality and competitiveness.

✔  Compliance with the requirements established by applicable legislation, standards, and customers.

For this reason, Management assumes the responsibility of implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, ensuring compliance with the established requirements and demonstrating and guaranteeing fulfillment of the commitments undertaken.

Management is committed to communicating to all personnel working for Ádivin Beach Flags the importance and necessity of complying with both customer requirements and legal and regulatory requirements, including the proper performance of their activities, thereby ensuring commitment to all interested parties.

Likewise, Management is committed to providing the necessary human and material resources and to reviewing the Management System annually. In addition, it has established the following guidelines to improve the Management System:

  • It is the responsibility of each and every person at Ádivin Beach Flags, at their respective level, to contribute to improving the quality of the organization’s products.
  • Quality improvement at Ádivin Beach Flags must be understood as a continuous process.
  • Maintain continuous contact with customers in order to understand their needs and expectations so they can be satisfied, as well as with other interested parties within the organization.
  • Comply with both customer requirements and legal and regulatory requirements.

To achieve this purpose, Management Objectives consistent with this Policy will be periodically established at the relevant functions and levels of the organization.
