Vertical flag with ties and with no sleeves

Rectangular flag made vertically in polyester fabric. It does not have an upper or lower sleeve. It has a perimeter reinforcement tape, 2 eyelets and ribbons on the left side to make it easier to tie it to the mast. You can select the width and height according to the measurements you need. The textile surface of the flag can be customised with colours and/or designs of your choice.

  • Flag, made of 100% polyester fabric, 115 g/m², water and air resistant.
  • Pole and base not included, pole and base must be purchased separately.

Seam splices

If the flag exceeds 1,55 metres in width and height, it shall have splices sewn in the middle. If it only exceeds this measurement in one of the two dimensions, it shall be without splices.

Finishing and sewing

Without top sleeve. Reinforcing strap, 2 eyelets and ties to bend the mast on the left side (mast not included).

Composition

- Fabric: 100% polyester 115 g/m².

 

- Weave: 50% weft and 50% warp and 3-thread mesh.

 

- Double stitched seams.

 

- Double hem with 10 mm width.

 

- 7 mm symmetrical double stitching (1.5 mm from edges).

 

- Stitch width: 5 mm

Seam splices

Colour and design

Customisable fabric colours and designs.

 

Gold coloured eyelets.

Printing

Single-sided printing with official inks, in CMYK colours by dye-sublimation inkjet, with a colour transfer of 96%.

Depending on size, with a grammage of approx. 115 g/m².

Poles and bases

Mast and base not included.
