Flag only sewn on the edges

Rectangular flag made of polyester fabric. It only has a perimeter stitching. You can select the width and height according to the measurements you need. The textile surface of the flag can be customised with colours and/or designs of your choice.

  • Flag, made of 100% polyester fabric, 115 g/m², water and air resistant.
  • Pole and base not included, pole and base must be purchased separately for assembly.

If the flag exceeds 1,55 metres in width and height, it shall have splices sewn in the middle. If it only exceeds this measurement in one of the two dimensions, it shall be without splices.

Composition

- Fabric: 100% Polyester 115 g/m².

 

- Weave: 50% weft and 50% warp and 3-thread mesh.

 

- Double stitched seams.

 

- Double hem with a width of 10 mm.

 

- 7 mm symmetrical double stitching (1.5 mm from edges).

 

- Stitch width: 5 mm.

Customisable colours and designs.

Printing

Single-sided printing with official inks, in CMYK colours by dye-sublimation inkjet, with a colour transfer of 96%.
