Before sending us your final artwork, take one last careful look at your design to avoid errors or delays in the production process.

To help you with this, in this article we outline the most important points you should check before uploading your files.

Why Is It Important to Check Your Design?

At Ádivin, we review files according to the technical specifications required for printing. However, we also know from experience that there are times when you need the entire process to run smoothly, without interruptions. To make sure everything goes as planned and your design turns out perfectly, follow this guide and submit your files with confidence.

Design Checklist Before Printing

✅ Is the color mode set to CMYK?

CMYK is the correct color mode for printing. If your file is sent in RGB, we will not be able to process it correctly, and color variations may occur during conversion. Make sure to check this just before submitting your file.

✅ Is the file format compatible?

You can upload your documents as separate files, using the format that best suits your needs: PDF, JPG, JPEG, AI, or EPS.

✅ Is each design uploaded as a separate file?

Remember that each different design must be uploaded as an individual file. For example, do not upload a single PDF containing multiple designs. Each unique design must be attached separately to your order.

✅ Is your file too large?

The maximum file size we accept is 50 MB. Please note that for larger files, we cannot guarantee that they can be processed correctly.

✅ Are you using the correct template?

Do you know how to check if you are using the correct template? Verify in your order summary that the template you are using matches the one you downloaded from the platform.

✅ Has the red guideline been removed?

Before uploading your file, make sure to remove the red guideline from your design. Also, ensure that no important content overlaps or crosses this line.

✅ Are there any marks or unwanted elements?

During the design process, small marks or points can sometimes be left behind and may appear in the final print. Check carefully to make sure there are no unwanted elements that could affect the final result.

✅ Is the file resolution correct?

The recommended resolution for printing is approximately 150 dpi. This resolution ensures excellent print quality, so higher resolutions are not necessary.
