Tendoni 3x4,5 metri

Tendoni 3 x 4,5 m. Il design dei tessuti dei nostri gazebo può essere personalizzato al 100% sulla parte esterna del gazebo. È possibile disegnare il tetto, le quattro gonne laterali e le quattro eventuali pareti (vendute separatamente) con i colori o le immagini a scelta del cliente. In questo modo è possibile riutilizzare la struttura e cambiare il rivestimento in tessuto per altre occasioni. L'intera struttura del gazebo è impermeabile ed è progettata per essere ripiegata in un piccolo volume per essere riposta facilmente.

Poiché i nostri tendoni possono essere piegati e personalizzati, possono essere facilmente trasportati a tutti i tipi di eventi. Possono essere allestiti in pochissimo tempo e con estrema facilità.

Il telaio del tendoni pubblicitario è costituito da un'intelaiatura articolata di tubi esagonali in alluminio, di colore grigio metallizzato opaco, uniti tra loro mediante giunti in nylon. Questa composizione conferisce grande resistenza e, allo stesso tempo, leggerezza.

Contenuto della confezione

I tendoni per eventi sono costituiti da una confezione composta da:

  • Struttura in alluminio.
  • Copertura tessile (tetto e gonna).
  • Complementi necessari per il montaggio (come, ad esempio, le chiusure in velcro tra le superfici tessili e le gambe).

Possete scegliere tra due tipi di tessuto per la sua fabbricazione:

  • Tessuto per bandiere 115 g/m².
  • Tessuto impermeabile per gazebo da 250 g/m²

Structure

The structure of the gazebo consists of hexagonally shaped aluminium sections.

 

Dimensions and characteristics of the sections:

 

  • Feet/legs: 4 legs made of 40 mm x 40 mm hexagons with a thickness of 1.2 mm.

  • Internal roof structure: composed of a series of 13x26 mm cross bars, with a thickness of 1.1 mm and an internal reinforcement made of black hardened plastic.

The height of the unfolded legs is 240 cm.

Cover

It includes the roof or dome and the skirt that covers the perimeter of the metal structure.

 

The roof can be made of one of the following fabrics:

  • 100% polyester fabric 115 g/m².
  • Waterproof fabric 100% polyester 250 g/m².

Both have the following characteristics:

 

  • Weaving: 50% weft and 50% warp.
  • 100% polyester multifilament 3-strand yarn.
  • Double stitched with special thread for outdoor use.
  • Double hem with a width of 10 mm.
  • 7 mm symmetrical double stitching (1.5 mm from the edges).
  • Stitch width: 5 mm.
  • It is particularly water and air resistant, colourfast and washable.
  • Anti-pollution surface treatment.

Colour and design

The colour of the gazebo fabric is customisable, as are the designs.

The internal structure is metallic grey.

The colour of the structure's joints is black.

Printing

115 g/m² - Inkjet sublimation printing in CMYK (four-colour process) on one side with 96% colour transfer using official inks.

250 g/m² - UV-cured and cured printing, one side, with official inks.
