Flag with eyelets, without sleeves

Rectangular flag made vertically in polyester fabric.

It has no upper sleeve and has a perimeter reinforcement tape and eyelets every 100 cm on the left side, to facilitate its installation on different surfaces. 

You can select the width and height according to the measurements you need.

Maximum dimensions

The maximum area of the flag may not exceed 144 square metres.

Seam splices

If the flag exceeds 1,55 metres in width and height, it shall have splices sewn in the middle. If it only exceeds this measurement in one of the two dimensions, it shall be without splices.

The textile surface of the flag can be customised with colours and/or designs of your choice.

Due to its composition, it can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Finishing and sewing

Without top sleeve.

 

Reinforcement tape.

 

Eyelets on the left side every 100cm.

 

Eyelets of 1cm inner diameter.

Composition

- Fabric: 100% polyester 115 g/m².

 

- Weave: 50% weft and 50% warp and 3-thread mesh.

 

- Double stitched seams.

 

- Double hem with 10 mm width.

 

- 7 mm symmetrical double stitching (1.5 mm from edges).

 

- Stitch width: 5 mm

Printing

Single-sided printing with official inks, in CMYK colours by "inkject" sublimation, with a colour transfer of 96%.

Depending on size, with a grammage of approx. 115 g/m².

Mast and base not included.
