Vertical flag with ties and with sleeves

Rectangular flag made vertically in polyester fabric. It can have a closed sleeve at the top only, or add another one at the bottom, a reinforcement tape, 2 eyelets and ribbons on the left side to surround the pole. You can select the width and height according to the measurements you need. The textile surface of the flag can be customised with colours and/or designs of your choice.

    • Flag, made of 100% polyester fabric of 115 g/m², water and air resistant.
    • Pole and base not included, pole and base must be purchased separately for assembly.

Seam splices

If the flag exceeds 1,55 metres in width and height, it shall have splices sewn in the middle. If it only exceeds this measurement in one of the two dimensions, it shall be without splices.

Finishing and sewing

Pod

The sheath of the flag is made according to the width of the product.

Sleeve closed at the top. Reinforcement tape, 2 eyelets and ties to encircle the mast on the left side (mast not included).

Sleeve closed at the top and bottom. Reinforcement tape, 2 eyelets and ties to go around the neck on the left side (mast not included).

Composition

- Fabric: 100% polyester 115 g/m².

 

- Weave: 50% weft and 50% warp and 3-thread mesh.

 

- Double stitched seams.

 

- Double hem with 10 mm width.

 

- 7 mm symmetrical double stitching (1.5 mm from edges).

 

- Stitch width: 5 mm

Colour and design

Customisable fabric colours and designs.

Gold coloured eyelets.

Printing

Single-sided printing with official inks, in CMYK colours by dye-sublimation inkjet, with a colour transfer of 96%.
