- Stitch width: 5 mm Seam splices If the flag exceeds 1,55 metres in width and height, it shall have splices sewn in the middle. If it only exceeds this measurement in one of the two dimensions, it shall be without splices. |

Rectangular flag made horizontally, also known as hand flags. It has a closed sleeve that can be placed on the left, on the right or on both sides to facilitate the insertion of a pole (not included).
