8-Meter Aluminum Institutional Mast

The institutional mast is the strongest and tallest in our stock (8 meters). It is recommended for outdoor use due to its resistance to weather conditions. It is made of aluminium and, thanks to its system at the base, it can be dismantled, folded down and collected to change the flag or protect it from strong gales. 

Content

The institutional flagpole has everything necessary for its installation and assembly, including:

  • Anodised aluminium mast.
  • Triangular galvanised steel base.
  • Included accessories (cleat, halyard system, rope and pinnacle)
  • Flag not included.

Mast Dimensions

The mast has a height of 8 metres. It consists of three aluminium sections joined together in a watertight manner. 

The lower section has a height of 2660 mm, a diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm. The middle section has a height of 3000 mm, a diameter of 65 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm. The upper section has a height of 2930 mm, a diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.

Triangular base:

Triangular iron base with 3 ground anchoring bolts, 50 cm long and 1.5 cm in diameter. It includes a hinge allowing the pole to be lowered for easy installation of the flag.

Included accessories

This horizontal flagpole comes with all the parts needed for assembly, included in the price. These accessories include:

- Rope. White nylon, weather resistant. Length between 16 and 20 metres.

- Halyard system. Mechanism that allows the flag to be hoisted by pulling the rope. Already installed in the top section, it includes a thread where the finial is screwed in.

- Finial. End piece placed on top of the pole for an aesthetic finish. Onion-shaped, plastic, in silver-grey colour. Its size is 14 cm high and 14 cm diameter in the central area.

- Cleat. Already installed, made of durable white plastic, ideal for securing the halyard. Its design allows the rope to be wound safely and neatly, preventing tangling
