Where do I download the templates for the labels?
You have all the templates available on this page. Choose the one that best suits your needs or make your own personalised design by choosing the blank template.
How is label printing done?
During the cutting and making up, we will print the label and we will make it to the product, so that the design you have chosen on your label is always visible in the lower corner of the label, adapting it to the characteristics of the product in question.
On which products can the labels be used?
The following products shall be labelled:
- Fly Banners Drop, Surf and Rectangular.
- Golf Banner.
- Mini Fly Banners.
- Banners with sewings.
- Flags with sewings.
- Gazebo's roofs and accessories.
- Tablecloth.
- Photocall.
However, the products that allows personalisation with customised labels will have an indication to this effect on their own product page.
Where can I upload the design of the labels?
You can upload your personalised tags in your profile. In your account you will find the section: List of labels. On this page you will see the labels you have previously uploaded and you can upload your label designs.
What happens if the label design is incorrect?
When the label design is assessed, we may consider your design to be incorrect. In this case we will contact you to inform you of the reason. You will be able to upload your label again with the corrected design for us to re-evaluate it.
Is there any additional cost?
Adding personalised labels to your products has a small additional cost associated with it, which you can check in the shopping cart summary when you add the labels to your order.
