Rectangular banner made of polyester fabric or waterproof fabric. The banner is only sewn all around with a hem. Designed to be made horizontally, you can customise it vertically by selecting the width and height according to the measurements you need. The textile surface of the banner is printable with colours and/or designs of your choice.

Due to its composition, it can be used both indoors and outdoors, it is colourfast and washable.

The waterproof fabric banner will have splices if you choose a width and length greater than 2.15 metres. Whereas if you choose the flag fabric, it will have splices if it exceeds the width and length by more than 1.55 metres.

Finishing and sewing

Banner only sewn all around with hem.

Composition

- 100% polyester flag fabric 115 g/m² or waterproof 250 g/m².

 

- Weave: 50% weft and 50% warp and 3-thread mesh.

 

- Double stitched seams.

 

- Double hem with a width of 10 mm.

 

- 7 mm symmetrical double stitching (1.5 mm from edges).

 

- Stitch width: 5 mm.

Printing

  •  115 g/m² - Inkjet sublimation printing in CMYK (four-colour process) on one side with 96% colour transfer using official inks.
  • 250 g/m² - UV-cured and cured printing, one side, with official inks.
